You’ve seen the commercials to stop you from smoking and to stop those morons from starting smoking. It’s a nasty habit and others call it a sign of weakness. It is a big money maker if you think about it from that standpoint. You buy a pack of fags at some insane price and you pay for a tobacco exe’s Hampton house while all you truly have is a pack of fags. You call 9-11 because you can’t breath and with that call alone you start making a whole lot of people rich. Police, Fire & Rescue, Hospitals, Hospital services, Doctors, Cancer centers, Office of Medical Examiner, Coroner, Funeral Home and your outside family that flies to your funeral. Your choice to smoke is yours. Just pointing out something you didn’t realize.
I have an experiment for you to try to if this low cost weening process works for you. Now it may now work for everyone because of a person’s want to stop smoking. Now if you’re one of those people who looks at the word “salt” and your blood pressure soars, do not try this experiment. Now if you are one of those people who sweats in the shower, do not do this experiment. You have major issues here and need to see a doctor.
You need the following:
- Garlic Salt
- Green Tea
- Tall glass of iced water
You are testing to see if your cravings cease or are diminished after a meal. Your dinner should be small in content. So lets do a hamburger from where ever. Sprinkle the garlic salt on the bun. Now just a little. Now sprinkle some on the hamburger. If you have vegetables on your plate, sprinkle some more. Now prepare the Green Tea, either place a cup of water in the microwave for 3 minutes or boil the old school way, that’s up to you. Now add a glass of ice water to the mix. Start eating and after the first bite, swallow and sip the green tea. Now chew in long strides, no hurry here. Once your plate is clean, tea gone, wash everything down with the water. That’s it. Now proceed with what every activity you had planned. If it’s just relaxing, drink another cup of green tea.
You should notice right away that you either have no cravings to smoke or feel the craving less then before. Let me know if this worked for you.
